Rugby League British Columbia is always looking for people to get involved—even if your interests fall outside the opportunities listed below. Every contribution helps grow the game in our province.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Membership Committee

• The Membership Committee represents the interests of RLBC members, including players, coaches, officials, and volunteers, ensuring their voices are heard within the organization.

Coaching Committee

• Members of the Coaching Committee assist with organizing coaching clinics and seminars, and help develop and implement coaching standards and criteria for both community-level and representative coaches.

Representative Teams Committee

• The Representative Teams Committee supports the organization and operation of RLBC representative teams, including player selection processes, match planning, and tours.

Women’s Committee

• The Women’s Committee focuses on organizing women’s rugby league events and supporting the continued growth of the women’s game across British Columbia.

Youth Committee

• The Youth Committee helps develop and deliver youth and grassroots programs, supporting long-term participation and growth of rugby league in the province.

Masters Committee

• The Masters Committee supports the development of the Masters competition and represents the interests of Masters players within RLBC.

Partnerships Committee

• Members of the Partnerships Committee work to identify and secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities that help fund and grow rugby league in British Columbia.

Communications Committee

• The Communications Committee supports content creation, communications, and information sharing to keep members informed and engaged.

Social Committee

• The Social Committee helps organize member events and activities, from game-day beer gardens to end-of-season banquets and social gatherings.

Judiciary Panel

• The Judiciary Panel is responsible for reviewing incidents and making decisions related to player and coach eligibility and conduct following on-field matters.
