Rugby League British Columbia is committed to maintaining a culture of clarity, consistency, and credibility across all levels of the game. This commitment ensures that the rules, officiating, and governance of Rugby League are applied consistently, supporting the long-term growth and success of the sport throughout British Columbia.

In February 2020, the RLBC Board met to develop a Strategic Plan aligned with its vision to govern, develop, and grow Rugby League within British Columbia.

The Strategic Plan outlines clear goals and objectives within a three-year framework, providing direction, accountability, and a sustainable pathway for the continued development of the sport.
